Returns Policy




  1. Once you've placed your order you will receive an 'Order Confirmation' email. This will contain your tracking number from our courier service, dpd.
  2. You will receive a 'pre-delivery notification' from dpd to confirm the delivery date.
  3. Once your parcel is loaded onto the vehicle, dpd will send a notification that will allow you to confirm a 1-hour slot for delivery.
