Once your cat has used their litter tray, you'll notice clumps begin to form. Remove them regularly, along with any faeces, using the scoop provided and remember to add fresh/clean litter as and when required to maintain a constant level of 2 inches.
Our 100% biodegradable clumping litter is highly absorbent so because you'll only ever remove soiled litter, your cat's tray will stay cleaner for longer when compared to non-clumping mineral litter.
Is the cardboard litter tray durable?
Your Natusan™ litter tray is designed with durability in mind! The protective waterproof liner inside the tray prevents urine or faeces from being absorbed. Meaning, not only will it withstand your cat's daily use, but you don't need to worry about any leakages.
Once you've placed your order on our website, you'll receive your Natusan™ kit delivered directly to your doorstep, or the 'leave safe' location you've specified. At the end of the month, we'll make sure you're notified, via email, the day before your kit is due to be collected.
Top Tip. The day before collection, don't forget to prepare your swap tray by filling it with any remaining litter. This will serve as a substitute for your cat while waiting for their new litter tray to arrive.
If your cat doesn't like their new Natusan™ litter or tray, it arrives damaged or, for whatever reason, you’re unhappy with it, please contact our Customer Care Team on help@natusan.com, and they'll be more than happy to help.
At Natusan™, we’re committed to delivering the highest possible level of service. However, if, for whatever reason you’re unhappy, you can unsubscribe from the service via your online account by contacting our Customer Care Team at help@natusan.co.uk. If you unsubscribe from the service by 6pm on the Tuesday before your next delivery (i.e. six days before the delivery date) then you will not be charged for that month. If you cancel anytime after this, your cancellation will not take effect until the next month meaning you’ll still be charged and will receive that month’s delivery.
